Into school of Nursing – Bsc – freshers can apply
Into college of nursing – Msc with minimum of 1 yrs experience required

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise a group of nursing students in a variety of clinical training rotations, facilitating their participation in care and treatments and evaluating student performance
- Communicate clearly and directly to students, clinical site staff and other coordinating professionals to ensure that training and expectations are understood by all involved
- Teach procedures and care protocols during clinical rotations including proper medical documentation and coordinate with the clinical site to schedule nursing students to shifts
- Teach a course load of two courses per semester in addition to clinical rotation duties, and hold regular office hours
- Complete the required amount of CEUs to satisfy licensure requirements, participate in professional teaching development courses as assigned and update medical equipment training as needed
- Lead clinical rotations in community health, pediatrics, gerontology and maternal health, informing the nursing program director of issues with students experiences at clinical sites
- Act as a role model for aspiring nurses and address students professional career concerns
Job Skills & Qualifications
Reqiured:
- Valid nursing license
- A masters degree in nursing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adhere to all clinical setting policies and requirements
Preferred:
- Clinical supervision experience
- Desire to be a full-time instructor
