Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate PGT Hindi Teacher to join our team at our CBSE School. As a PGT Hindi Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Hindi language and literature to students in grades 11 & 12. You will create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters students’ intellectual and social development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the CBSE curriculum and educational standards.
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
• Utilize various teaching methods and resources to enhance students’ understanding and retention of Hindi language and literature.
• Assess students’ progress through regular assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on their academic performance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students’ attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and initiatives.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and tolerance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hindi or a related field. 
• A Master’s degree is also mandatory.
• B Ed. qualification is required. 
• Valid teaching certification or license.
• Prior experience teaching Hindi language and literature to high school students.
• Excellent knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and educational standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to students’ academic success.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Organizational and time management skills.
