Role Description

• Proactively engage in student calling and provide counseling sessions, ensuring clarity and addressing concerns.
• Gather, organize, and analyze relevant data to derive actionable insights beneficial for organizational growth.
• Drive efforts to identify, engage, and nurture referrals, fostering business expansion and client relationships.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records about admissions and associated procedures.

• Ensure the seamless operation and efficiency of the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
• Design and implement effective marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maximizing outreach.
• Actively participate in sales-related activities, providing hands-on support as required to drive results.
• Efficiently manage the generation, dispatch, and tracking of invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing processes.
• Demonstrate flexibility and agility in role execution, readily adapting to new tasks and responsibilities as directed by company directives.

Qualifications

• Skills in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in education and knowledge of academic counseling practices
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with students in a higher education environment is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include familiarity with common software development languages and tools, such as React JS, Node JS, and MERN. In addition, experience with organizing workshops and seminars would be helpful.
