Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi for an Academic Counselor. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for helping students create academic plans, set goals, and follow through on their commitments. You will also provide guidance and support to students as they navigate academic challenges, and work closely with faculty and university staff to ensure student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, education, or a related field
• Experience working with students in an academic counseling or advising capacity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in teams and collaborate with colleagues from a variety of backgrounds
• Willingness to adapt to changing student needs and priorities
• Knowledge of academic policies and procedures, and familiarity with university or college systems
