  • Interpersonal, written, and vocal communication skills of the highest caliber are required for efficient collaboration with stakeholders, faculty engagement, and department representation.
  • Assessment of student learning, program results, and data-driven decision-making for ongoing improvement are all part of academic program evaluation.
  • Expertise in guiding and aiding academic staff members in their career advancement, faculty development involves encouraging excellence in research, teaching, and leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate degree or higher in a relevant discipline is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in higher education, with the majority of the period committed in academic leadership or managerial positions.
  • Proficient academic department skills and contributions.
  • A thorough understanding of accrediting standards and processes.
  • Budgeting and resource allocation experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
