Position Summary:

Josh Talks is looking for passionate & driven Academic Counsellor to work with our UPSC team on providing career assistance & guidance to the UPSC aspirants. You will connect with the student and help them make their UPSC course purchase decisions by following a structured process and standard pitch.

Minimum Qualifications

• Fresh Graduate
• Confidence in their ability to speak not necessarily in selling
• Value customer satisfaction over aggressive selling
• Self motivated and never give up attitude
• Ok to do monotonous work
• Trainable and process oriented
• Take instructions optimistically and follows really well
• Decent sense of right or wrong – preferred
• Positive and warm attitude and that is reflected while speaking

Role and Responsibilities

• Guides the students on the UPSC exam and its nitty-gritties
• Make students understand our partners’ courses and their details
• Pitch our partners’ UPSC products to potential students on voice and video calls.
• Take ownership of the course/product allocated and drive the business numbers.
• Help students in making better career decisions.
