Description:
- Plan & Deliver Students’ Lessons based on knowledge and understanding of the curriculum.
- Observing and Managing Classroom dynamics.
- Stay Abreast of Latest Trends.
- Monitor Student Progress through Administrating, assignments, Tests, and other activities.
- Participate in department committee work.
- Continuous development of curriculum through assessment, applied research, and initiatives designed to help students success.
- Actively Participate/ Organize College Activities.
- Invigilation and grading examinations and projects.
- Participating in other College related administrative activities.
- Monitoring, coaching and providing feedback to improve performance
- Develop & implement effective training Programs & Modules
- Conduct training follow-up session and measuring effectiveness of training
- Regularly updating training modules
