Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Academic Advisor role located in Kolkata. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for student counseling, career counseling, academic advising, and providing education. The role requires excellent communication skills to build relationships with students and maintain rapport with academic staff. The Academic Advisor will be an integral part of the student’s academic support team, working with them on academic planning and goal setting while also ensuring that they meet all the academic requirements.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with academic staff
• Experience in providing education or academic support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• Relevant experience in academic advising or student counseling is a plus
