Qualifications:
• Graduation or Post Graduation in Psychology, HR or Business (BA, BBA, MBA, PGHRM or related field)
• Professional Certification in Instructional Design & Delivery plus Work Experience: 4-7 Years of experience in training design & delivery preferred. Location: 2 in Bangalore (currently hybrid) & 1 in Pune (currently hybrid)
Education & Competency Development Responsibilities & Skills:
• Training Delivery – Delivery in-person and virtual trainings effectively to build managerial and talent excellence in the organization
• Training Content Development – End-to-end designing of world-class eLearning and live learning programs and trainings to deliver results as per organizational priorities
• Familiarity with learning & development processes, methods & best practices
• Knowledge of LMS, E-learning platforms, Authoring Tools like Articulate, Captivate, Data Analytics, BI tools is a plus
• Basic program management – Anchor behind-the-scenes operations of learning programs, as needed
• Stakeholder Management – Strong Liaison & Support for all stages from program designing to rollout between teams, HODs, participants, managers & key stakeholders, as needed
