Role Description

As an Admissions Counselor, you will be responsible for assisting prospective students in navigating the admissions process. You will be interacting with potential students on-site in Mumbai, helping them with their application process, and guiding them through the various programs and offerings available at FAD Institute of Luxury Fashion & Style. In this full-time role, you will help organize open days and virtual events targeted to potential students.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills
• Prior experience in an Education or Admissions role is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of the fashion industry or creative arts field is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized individual.
• Ability to work well in a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and email.
