Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of School at TIPS in Hyderabad. The Head of School will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the school, overseeing academic and non-academic activities, leading school initiatives and programs, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that the school operates in compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience with curriculum development and educational leadership
- Familiarity with education and educational policies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to conduct and analyze research
- Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in an international school setting preferred
- Familiarity with Indian education policies and regulations
- Demonstrated track record of success in a similar leadership role
