Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for the position of Academic Counselor- edtech with SHRS – SARIKA HR SOLUTIONS. The primary role responsibility includes working with students to assist in the educational progress, providing guidance on courses and program selection and ensuring that learning requirements are met. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for developing course plans, building course materials, and managing working relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or a related field, with a minimum of 1 years of experience as an Academic Counselor.
• Experience with EdTech platforms and learning management systems.
• Proven ability to understand and communicate technical information clearly and effectively to students and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making processes.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working with diverse student communities and demonstrated ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
• A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
