Job Summary
At Cuemath, we are embarking on an exciting journey, where our primary focus is to guide parents and enroll students in our innovative program. As an Admissions Counselor in our Admissions team, you will play a vital role in this project.
A profound understanding of the academic systems is crucial to excel in this role. We genuinely
aim to provide comprehensive guidance to all our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students and understand their educational goals and aspirations.
- Provide comprehensive information about our academic programs, admission procedures, scholarships, and more.
- Conduct effective counseling sessions to address inquiries, and concerns, and provide tailored solutions to students.
- Collaborate with the teacher team to ensure a seamless admission process for the ROW region.
- Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system with relevant information.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in international sales and/or education counseling is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
