Roles and responsibilities:

• Candidates with prior experience as a Coordinator / Center Head in a preschool / school are preferred.
• Ability to build contacts and connect with parents, counselling the walk-ins, converting inquiries into admissions.
• Manage day to day activities at the preschool. Plan/Organize /Coordinate all the events such as Parent Orientation, PTM, Field Trips, Sports Day, Annual Day, celebration days as per the guidelines, assigning duties to all staff. Supervise and manage our day care cum preschool.
• Handle administrative work related to admissions, withdrawals and support all activities related to the management of children in school.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of colleagues, parents and families and establish and maintain communication with parents of students in the program.
• Maturity to supervise challenging operations on high standards of transparency, integrity, professionalism and care.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Should have at least 2 years of experience of working in a pre-school setting / client management.
• Should have an influential personality with excellent communication skills (spoken and written). Should be proficient in local language.
• Ability to work with parents and encourage their involvement.
• Should have knowledge of working on computers that includes MS Excel, Word, Google Drive etc.
• Should possess excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
