As an Accounts Trainer, you will be responsible for imparting knowledge and skills related to various aspects of accounting, finance, taxation and legal fields,ensuring that our team members are well-versed in fundamental accounting principles as well as advanced topics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct training sessions on fundamental accounting principles, including basic accounting concepts, Tally Prime usage, profit and loss accounts, and bookkeeping.
2. In-depth training on Income Tax regulations, filing of income tax returns, and GST accounting and returns.
3. Provide expertise in audit closure procedures and documentation skills, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
4. Train participants in advanced accounting topics such as scrutiny cases, cash flow statements, and advanced journal entries, including payroll, advanced tax, and provision for tax entries.
5. Develop and update training materials to reflect changes in accounting standards and regulations.
6. Evaluate the performance of trainees and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
7. Stay current with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations to ensure training materials are up-to-date.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
2. Proven experience as an Accounts Trainer or similar role, with a track record of successful training programs.
3. In-depth knowledge of Tally Prime, profit and loss accounts, bookkeeping, income tax laws,
GST, audit closure procedures, and documentation skills.
4. Strong understanding of advanced accounting concepts, including scrutiny cases, cash flow
statements, and complex journal entries.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts
in a clear and concise manner.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
7. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and accounting software.
8. Ability to adapt training methods to suit the learning styles of diverse individuals.
