Admissions Counsellor

As a Admissions Counsellor you need to oversee the planning, organization, implementation, and assessment of outreach initiatives and activities provide potential students with assistance, and referrals to appropriate programs , Admissions process needs you to connect with students to assess their academic standing inform them about ISBF Programmes and help them with admissions process.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- To build deep knowledge about ISBF and its programme offerings with the London School of Economics (LSE) and University of London, and to stay abreast of latest institutional developments.
- Marketing, and planning, to promote the services of the organization.
- Coordinates and participates in outreach activities targeted at students from class 10th to class 12th and provides feedback on such workshops and activities.
- Telephonic counselling of students who place enquiries, and their parents – to provide them with career guidance and relevant information about ISBF, its programmes, curriculum, faculty, teaching and learning environment, student life, career opportunities, etc.
- Required to achieve a set target for conducting a certain number of workshops, generating a targeted number of leads, and converting the leads into admissions.
Desirable Qualifications
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations or related field.
Work Timings : Timings 9.00 am – 6.00 pm (Monday to Saturday) One and a Half Saturday Off
Experience:
- Experience in admission counselling UG and PG (Preferred) or customer relations .
- Some prior work experience, preferably in the education sector or in a marketing role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organized worker with strong follow-up skills.
- Basic research, statistical reporting, and presentation methods.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and present findings.
