Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role of Academic Coordinator. The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all academic matters and coordinating the delivery of educational services. The Academic Coordinator will be required to oversee course schedules, assist curriculum development but most primarily train our existing STEM Trainers on integrating curriculum in sessions. They will also be involved in research and other academic initiatives within the company.

Qualifications

• Educational background in a relevant field such as Education, Curriculum Development, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with students, faculty, and staff
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in order to manage courses and academic matters efficiently
• Experience in academic advising and student support
• Knowledge of research methods and ability to conduct research within their field
• Knowledge of learning technologies and ability to utilize them effectively to enhance the learning experience for students
• Familiarity with educational policies and regulations

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in an reputed IB/IGCSE board schools handling a senior coordinator position
