Looking for a highly passionate persona for the post of Principal at a reputed Residential school (CBSE) who will be responsible for strategic management catering to academics, operations & Management of classes, Curriculum Development, personnel mgmt.

Uphold our educational policies and integrate the common core government guidelines into each class curriculum.

Notify authorities regarding violence, vandalism, attendance and discipline issues within the school.

The Principal serves as the educational leader responsible for managing the policies, regulations, in a safe learning environment that meets the approved curricula and builds a school culture aligned to the Vision, Mission and Core Values in all aspects both administrative and academic.

Conducting PTM, committees of staff and parent that function to improve the learning and social environment of the school for the students.

Presenting reports, documents, other findings and success of your school to the management on a regular basis.

Collaborate with community authorities to the fullest extent regarding these and other safety issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

Has leadership ability and vast skill of academic and non-academic activities

Good knowledge of MS-Office. B. Ed is compulsory. 5+ years experience. Excellent Communication and Leadership skills Master Degree/ Honours Degree in any subject securing at least 60% marks.
