Job Responsibilities:

1. Undertake the assigned teaching tasks, earnestly prepare lessons, attend classes, tutor, correct homework, assess student performance, and control the learning efficiency and results of students in all aspects;

2. Combined with actual work experience, constantly update educational concepts and knowledge, improve professional ability, master new educational theories, teaching methods and methods, and actively participate in continuing education;

3. Participate in and support the construction of subject groups, bravely undertake teaching research, teaching reform tasks, demonstration courses, observation courses, and improve their teaching level;

4. Undertake the schools moral education tasks, be a good head teacher, and pay attention to the ideological and moral education of students inside and outside the class; be responsible for the formation of students habits, character building, and guidance in learning methods;

5. Serve as a tutor for co-curricular activities and encourage students to learn in an all-round way;

6. Responsible for integrating internal and external resources to serve the growth of students;

7. Cooperate with the leadership of the head principal and the unified arrangement of the school to complete other assigned tasks.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or above, with professional subject knowledge; a masters degree is preferred.
Hold the corresponding subject teacher qualification certificate, with outstanding teaching performance; PGCE/PGDE candidates preferred.
Proficiency in the knowledge of the subjects taught
2 to 5 years of relevant teaching experience; with administrative management experience in Hong Kong / international schools / overseas work and study experience are preferred. Candidates currently based in China will have an advantage.
Those with honorary titles such as senior teachers and above in public schools, subject leaders, teaching experts or outstanding young teachers, those with outstanding teaching and scientific research achievements are preferred.
Active in work, positive thinking, strong sense of responsibility, good communication, expression, innovation, affinity, and adaptability.

Requirements
