We’ve been retained by one of the leading retail brands to fulfill its manpower requirements. Currently, were scouting for Sr Executive L&D to be based out at its regional office, Saket.

Job Decriptions:
Talent Development:
- Training Needs Analysis based on the competency Mapping, functional feedback, performance feedback etc. in consultation with line managers
- All mandatory Induction Programs to be conducted before confirmation
- Ensure all employees receive training as per statutory compliance (Eg – Disaster Management, POSH etc.)
- Conduct Skill / Knowledge / Behavioural / Process / Product trainings in the region as per the guidelines
- Compilation of monthly / fortnightly / Specific Training session related reports (Training log, Assessments, Training Calendar, Training feedback etc)
- Provide feedback on training needs of the market region to corporate Training division to be able to have customized Performance Improvement Plans for every employee
Talent Management:
- To ensure all training related processes for the current and new employees are followed as per the defined process
- Monitor Employee assessment during probation period and ensuring Mid term, final reviews are conducted within given timelines
- Ensure Mentor Mentee program is successfully completed and all confirmation decisions for the roles at the stores are taken post clearing the skill test
- Suggest Career opportunities for employees within the company based on IJP applications / requirements
- Support in Performance Assessment during Annual Appraisals
- Regular store / Market Warehouse / procurment Hub visits for employee training and assessment activities
- Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees
- Provide proactive support, advice and guidance on all training issues
- To manage all training logistics related activities like venue and training equipment arrangement, communication with the participants etc for smooth training implementation
Business Orientation:
- Share best practices from the market to the team and take initiative to introduce new practices in alignment with the company goals
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Develop relationships (internal & external) with key stake holders to build HR & Training credibility
- Ensure client satisfaction
- To influence and convince internal stakeholders and drive responsiveness of the department
Self & Team Development/ Teamwork:
- Self-development / to keep updated on new training trends in the market
- Take responsibility for own learning and development by recognising and taking advantage of all opportunities to learn and by maintaining a professional/personal portfolio of learning.
- Any other duties consistent with the main purpose of the department and company, as may be specified from time to time
Required Skills:
- Experience of conducting behavioural and skill training (classroom and on the job)
- Experience of traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Discretion, with an understanding of the need for confidentiality at all times
