Create, monitor, and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them for Management reviews
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
To develop training content/ programs coordinating with Training Manager and Marketing Team
To execute and drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities
To incorporate product marketing content with insights on key differentiators and messages
To drive the various promotional/Educational campaigns, events and trainings related to the Keysoul Brand
Design different training programs and imparting these trainings in the required set of people i.e Associate Buyers/Depots/Stores/Leaders Etc.
Deploy a wide variety of training methods and customize it as per the Category Manager or Business Development team’s demands
Ensure timely updation and submission of MIS dashboard and monthly MRM
Visit different places for attending the training programs and events for the Category
Stay up to date with various methods to create engaging and attractive content
Identify the requirement and develop complete program and training material for the skill development of Associate Buyers at different hierarchy required for developing soft skills & technical skills
Develop & execute the assessment and feedback system for measuring the effectiveness of learning by the attendees of Trainings
Experience as Training on the Cosmetics/Lingerie Products, MS Office, Communication, Certified Trainer on Cosmetics/Lingerie, Sense of makeup , Preferred from Direct Selling Industry Etc.Role & responsibilities
