Role : Senior Trainer

Responsibilities

• Training Administrative, Training Logistics
• Monitor the progress of new joiners/existing members/agents continuously, Update training material
• Develop and deliver engaging and interactive product training sessions for both new and existing employees
• Create comprehensive training materials, including user guides, manuals, how-to videos, and FAQs
• Stay up-to-date on product changes and updates, and ensure that all training materials reflect these changes

Preferred candidate profile

• 9 to 13 years of experience designing and delivering training programs
• Bachelors or Masters degree in education or related field
• Good communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Proven ability to develop creative and engaging learning experiences
• Experience/Familiarity with virtual classroom platforms (optional)
• Experience developing learning content (optional)
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
