Job description Mechatronics trainer (VTA)

1. Training students in Mechanical stream and Electronics stream.

2. Good knowledge in basic machines Turn/Mill, CNC Turn/Mill, Additive manufacturing.

3. To engage trainees in electrical and electronics engineering, PLC, HMI, and Sensor technology.

4. Good knowledge in software’s like Creo, Mastercam, TIA Portal (PLC software)

5. Adequate knowledge in 5S, 7waste, Kaizen and TPM.

6. Involving in any design modification of the syllabus based on the need/ requirements.

7. Supporting CNC Machining activities for other departments by involving the trainees.

8. Training students in autonomous maintenance and ensuring basic condition of machines.

9. Conducting training for cross functional team on need basis.

10. Supporting in ISO related activities and document preparation.

11. Supporting LMS activities.

12. Responsible for Continual improvement activity at training centre
