Roles and Responsibilities
- This is an individual contributor position reporting to the Sales Manager in a highly motivated environment changing the way IELTS is prepared. The candidate must have end to end knowledge about IELTS process.
- This role demands contacting the leads daily to understand their learning requirements, understanding the target bands, country/University etc.
- The primary focus of the role would be setting up a demo, counsel the lead for the program and converting the lead in the best fit IELTS program which ensures achieving the target band.
- Regular follow up of leads so as to ensure relationship building and hence conversion.
- As this role directly demands revenue generation and focuses on conversion, You need to have a real go getter aptitude and an understanding of universities abroad so as to help the student in finding the best destination.
- Identify and generate references from the existing leads in order to increase pipeline
- Identifying the gap areas, working on growth and daily reporting to gather critical but friendly feedback.
Pre-requisites:
Laptop or desktop, phone, and good internet connectivity.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Candidate should have at least 1+ year of experience In an EdTech company
