• Basic automotive knowledge and experience

• Good communication skills (listening, questioning)

• Proven customer relation’s skills both in person and over telephone

• Proven ability to communicate and determine customer’s needs

• Minimum Diploma in Automobile Engineering or Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in any authorized dealer outlet in equivalent cadre
