Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the responsibility of content creation, review and translation for students preparing for Science (PCB) and Maths Subjects as well as other competitive exams level like Olympiads for a reputed company.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of Knowledge Graph, development of theory and questions, creation of videos, preparation of practice sheets, test papers and solutions.
• Ensure continuous quality review of academic content and questions bank so that everything is error-free (questions, concepts, theory and learning map).
• Creating and curating plagiarism-free video. Also, the video should be good in quality and well explained.
• The video must be interactive in the whole process and must be explained in simple words so that any student can understand the concepts.
• Follow the project prescribed format.
• Perform related duties as assigned by POC.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedure.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years teaching experience in Science (PCB) and Maths Subjects as well as other competitive exams level like Olympiads 1-2 years of experience in academic leadership.
• Excellent written communication skills and computer proficiency.
• Relevant educational qualifications, like B.Ed., M.Sc., B.Tech., M.Tech., B.E. or Ph.D.
• IIT, NIT graduates are more preferable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
