Responsible for delivering high-quality education in these subjects to secondary school students. The role requires expertise in both subjects, effective classroom management, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
Subject Expertise:

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and expertise in English OR Political Science.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in both subjects and integrate relevant content into lesson plans.

Curriculum Development:

• Design a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with educational standards.
• Create engaging lesson plans tailored to the unique aspects of each subject.
• Classroom Instruction:
• Deliver dynamic and interactive lessons in English and Political Science, promoting critical thinking.
• Utilize diverse teaching methodologies to accommodate varied learning styles.

Assessment and Evaluation:

• Develop fair assessments to evaluate student understanding in both subjects.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to facilitate student improvement.

Classroom Management:

• Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment for effective learning.
• Manage student behavior and maintain a disciplined atmosphere.
• Professional Development:
• Engage in continuous professional development activities for English and Political Science.
• Stay informed about educational trends and advancements in both subjects.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with colleagues and school administrators to enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in English OR Political Science.( 2 Positions)
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Relevant teaching experience in secondary education.
