RV Educational Institutions are inviting applications for RV Institute of Legal Studies for the position of Assistant Professor in Law.

The Law Faculty responsibilities include teaching a requisite number of classes, providing guidance and supervision to the students, participating in departmental meetings, and providing academic support to other faculty members. You should be able to pace your lessons and publish articles regularly.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Teach utilizing the course of study directed by the University.

· Maintain attendance, work dairy, and work-related documents, and use creative pedagogy.

· Deliver the lessons and complete the syllabus in the given period.

· Give proper and in-time support to the student community.

· Maintain all the departmental documents.

· Establish and maintain standards of students behavior needed to achieve a functional learning atmosphere.

· Initiative in bringing the best through your work.

· Being punctual and maintain the decorum of the college.

· Evaluate student’s academic and personal growth and maintaining appropriate records.

· Communicating with the parents on the regular progress of the students.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Designation: Assistant Professor in Law

Department: Law

Education: LL.M., Degree with minimum 55%, preferably SLET, NET, Ph.D.

Current Location: South Bengaluru.

Experience: At least 03-05 years of experience in teaching Law.

Skill Sets: Publications, Paper presentation, and participation in Worldwide Conference.

Preferences will be given to SC/ST/OBC’s based on merit.

Contract length: 12 months
