Role & responsibilities :-

We are looking for an enthusiastic Academic Counselor to support students in their academic journey at IMS Institute, Noida.The ideal candidate will play a vital role in understanding students’ goals, providing guidance, and ensuring informed decisions regarding their education and future career paths.

• Conduct personalized, one-on-one counseling sessions with students to comprehend their academic objectives, interests, and challenges.
• Provide detailed information about IMS Institute & graduate and undergraduate courses, along with various career pathways and converting into admissions.
• Collaborate with students to create individualized academic plans aligned with their goals and aspirations.
• Stay informed about current educational trends, industry requirements, and admission processes to offer accurate and relevant information.
• Work closely with academic departments to stay updated on course offerings, prerequisites, and any curriculum changes.
• Assist students in the college or university application process, providing guidance on requirements, deadlines, and available scholarships.
• Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and information sessions to address common academic and career-related concerns among students.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of counseling sessions and student interactions.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify and address academic and personal challenges faced by students.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, intervening as needed to ensure academic success.
