Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement:
  2. Interact with potential clients via various channels.
  3. Build strong relationships by understanding their professional development needs.
  4. Sales Process Management:
  5. Guide clients through the entire sales process, from lead generation to final closure.
  6. Keep accurate records using CRM software.
  7. Product Knowledge:
  8. Understand our executive education programs and effectively communicate program benefits.
  9. Needs Assessment:
  10. Conduct thorough assessments to understand client requirements and career goals.
  11. Market Research:
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  13. Targets and Quotas:
  14. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue quotas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven sales track record, preferably in education or professional training.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
