  • Training Budgeting

  • Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities across various departments and roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars to ensure maximum participation and learning retention.
  • Identify skills gaps and areas for improvement to design targeted learning programs.
  • Analyze data to assess the impact of training on employee performance and overall organizational goals.
  • Proficiency of working with LMS.
