Full Job Description

Qualification: Any Masters Degree Business Administration- Sales and Marketing
Roles and Responsibilities –
 To enrol new students at Kairos International School by responding to all prospective
parent enquiries and ensuring an efficient and proactive
 follow-up of leads ensuring the admissions into the school to meet expectations of the
business plan of the school. –
 acting as a first point of contact for Admissions, from enquiry through to enrolment. –
 To design and manage a wow walk in experience for parent and child when they first visit
school as a prospective parent.
 Documenting and responsible for the visit management, enrolment, recording of accurate
information and liaison with key members of staff. –
 Responsible to produce timely, accurate and high-quality data – Data to support
continuous analysis…
 Knowledge of Customer Management. – Knowledge of the various systems of school
education Experience: * -Minimum 5 years working in a sales or service delivery sector –
 Good cross-cultural, interpersonal & communication skills and an affinity for interacting
with diverse nationalities and cultures-Strong Leadership Skills
 -Experience Team Management -Experience of having worked within a service delivery
sector, education sector experience is preferable –
 Outstanding written and verbal communication skills -Excellent

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
