Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. As an Accounts Executive at Peplos Jeans, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the financial health of the company. Your primary duties will include: 

• Handling accounts payable and receivable processes. 
• Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy in financial documentation. 
• Managing invoicing and billing activities. 
• Assisting in budget preparation and expense monitoring. 
• Supporting financial audits and compliance procedures. 
• Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial processes. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or relevant field. 
• Proven experience (2 to 3 years) as an Accounts Executive or similar role. 
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
