The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the HigherEducation segment/College-University segment/ Skilling Segment. Note: This is a new category in PW and the role will require planning and considerable 0 to 1 work. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Planning and Executing: Plan the process for converting prospects frommultiple channels into final sales for the category.
• Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed salestargets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenuegrowth.

• Sales Training and Feedback:Oversee planning and training of sales executives,giving feedback and sales pitchers.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships withkey clients in the

Higher Education segment.

• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapewithin the

Higher Education sector. Conduct market analysis to identifyopportunities for business expansion.

• NPF Database Expertise: Utilize the NPF database to identify potential clients,key decision-makers, and market trends.

Leverage data-driven insights toenhance sales strategies and outreach.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, includingmarketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to clientengagement.
