Roles and Responsibilities
• Excellent in communication and written skills
• Manages all operational activities of the centre which includes admissions, staffing, facilities,
and coordination with vendors.
• Develops corporate training center strategies and initiatives that reflect the organizations
goals.
• Prepares business plans that support the operation of the center and adhere to budget.
• Collaborates with educational institutions to provide additional or specialized training for
courses offered by us.
• Would be responsible for supervising trainers and instructors.
• Requires any bachelor’s degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit.
• 2 to 5 years of supervisory experience is mandatory.
