Key Details:

• Position: Online Immigration & Student Recruitment Counsellor
• Location: Work from Home
• Working Hours: 10 am to 6 pm UK Time
• Languages Required: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali

Responsibilities:

Client File Management: Prepare and maintain detailed case histories, ensuring each client’s file is up-to-date and accurately documented.

Counselling Expertise: Deliver comprehensive counselling sessions on immigration pathways and student recruitment, offering tailored advice and guidance.

Knowledge Upkeep: Regularly update your knowledge base regarding the latest immigration laws and student visa guidelines for the UK, Australia, USA and Canada.

Client Assistance: Address client inquiries on immigration and education abroad, including assistance with filling out, submitting, and following up on various forms and documents, both online and offline.

Communication and Follow-ups: Stay in constant communication with clients, keeping them informed of their application’s progress and any necessary actions.

Tie Up with Universities: Communicate with Universities on behalf of the Company, tie up with them and explore various opportunities.

Daily Reporting: Consistently report to the CEO, including sending a daily worksheet via email to maintain transparency and track productivity. Always be online during working hours to take instructions from the CEO, its offices, and officials.

Client Experience: Ensure every client interaction is smooth and supportive and effectively addresses their needs and queries.

Requirements:

• Strong command of English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Knowledge of immigration laws and student visa processes for the UK, Australia, USA and Canada is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
