Role & responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor with teachers.
  • Observe and improve the methods of training.
  • Conducting skill assessment.
  • Conduct NLP training.
  • Have meetings with parents for any grievances and to retain students for next year.
  • Collection of fees.
  • Conduct online events to support students’ learning and development.
  • Report day to day activities to the business head.
  • To develop course schedules and monitor student attendance in classes
  • Reviewing course syllabus to ensure that they are aligned with departmental objectives
  • Working with faculty members to ensure that classes have adequate staffing and materials needed for instruction
  • Minimum One year experience in teaching JEE/NEET or any other competitive exams.
  • Being presentable.
