Inviting applications for the role of PROCESS TRAINER FOR AN INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL PROCESS.We are looking for PROCESS TRAINERS – Graduates with relevant experience in any International process in any BPO with a sound knowledge of end to end domain.

JOB LOCATION – GURGAON . EARLY JOINERS ARE PREFERRED

Responsibilities:•

Training Program Development and Delivery

•Employee & Team Development

•Operational Support (OJT)

•Leadership and Supervision

•Reporting and Documentation

•Maintaining Stakeholder/Customer Relations

•Continuous Improvement

•Safety and Compliance

•Planning and scheduling of batches and trainer readiness

•Close looping and due diligence of the EWS cases

•Participate in the hiring process for New hire batches

•Resolving customer/ internal stakeholder complaints

Criterias we seek in you!

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with minimum of 2 experience in a role of a TRAINER IN ANY INTERNATIONAL PROCESS IN Any BPO (TRAVEL PROCESS IS PREFERRED)
• Should have an experience of managing pool of trainers.
• Training and Development Skills: Training Program Design, Training Delivery, Curriculum Development, Assessment and Evaluation, Coaching and Feedback, Adult Learning Principles •Leadership and Management Skills:
• Team Leadership, Delegation,Conflict resolution, Decision making & Time management.
• •Communication Skills: Effective Communication, Active Listening,
• •Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Data Analysis, Project Management, Conflict management
• •Technology Skills: Familiarity with training applications, learning management systems (LMS), MS Office (Excel, Work, PowerPoint) and other relevant technology tools

SALARY :UPTO 6.50 LPA
