We are looking for a highly skilled person with exemplary communication skills for this role.Responsibilities :This is a high visibility role, you will be working closely with various teams in designing and delivering world class upskilling solutions for enterprise customers.- You will support the enterprise sales and solutioning team in understanding and designing client specific upskilling solutions- You will be required to Research and Develop curriculum as per industry needs and requirements- You will be working closely with our content management and development team to create high-quality training materials that will be used for B2B clients.- You will participate in course planning and scheduling- You will conduct training sessions for learners enrolled in our upskilling programs in select areas- You will train and supervise a team of technical support engineers to provide the necessary tutoring support for our clients.Requirements :- Educational qualification: Master degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engg or related areas from reputed institute- 5+ years of experience as design & development engineer or 10+ years of experience in Academia/ Training- Hands-on experience in Embedded Software Development- Understanding of AUTOSAR and other Vehicle Software development areas- Excellent communication and presentation skills.We are taking over the world of Engineering, and to do so, we are looking for great candidates who are willing to push the boundaries and help us solve problems at scale with solutions that have lasting impact.(ref:hirist.com)
