Role Description (Immediate Joiner + Minimum 3.5 Years of Work Experience) 📄
This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram (Golf Course Road, Sector 27, DLF Phase I) for a Human Resources Specialist. You will be responsible for managing HR policies, personnel management, employee benefits, HR management, finance operations, and related activities on a daily basis. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s culture, ensuring a harmonious work atmosphere, and supporting the growth of our remarkable team. Here’s what you’ll be diving into:
Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, and recruit top-notch talent that aligns with our startup’s unique ethos.
- Create compelling job descriptions and engage candidates through innovative recruitment strategies, especially hiring fresher talent from Universities.
- Conduct interviews that identify skills and cultural fit, ensuring a winning combination for our team.
End-to-End Hiring
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing a seamless and informative experience.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure a smooth onboarding journey for new hires, setting them up for success from day one.
Team Empowerment
- Be the go-to person for team members, providing assistance, guidance, and support in various HR-related matters.
- Foster a collaborative environment where open communication and shared growth are paramount.
Accounting Proficiency
- Manage payrolls efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for our stellar team.
- Collaborate with the finance manager to maintain transparency and accuracy in financial records by keeping record of all invoices, payments, and supporting material.
Operational Excellence
- Handle various operational tasks to create a positive and conducive workplace environment.
- Champion initiatives that boost employee engagement, wellness, and satisfaction.
- Build, refine, and document processes.
Qualifications ✨
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal growth, preferably with a Commerce degree.
- Minimum 3.5 years of work experience. Candidates with experience in startups or non-profit organisations will be preferred.
- A strong affinity for startup culture and a deep desire to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
- Proficiency in accounting, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- A proactive attitude, resourcefulness, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Can work on Google Workspace, Slack, LinkedIn, Notion, RazorpayX Payroll.
