You will be at the forefront of educational reform, playing a key role in content creation, educator training, and overall improvement of the teaching-learning experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Educator Training and Development:** Conduct comprehensive training sessions for educators, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver the curriculum effectively.

Observation and Audit:** Regularly observe classroom sessions and conduct audits to ensure adherence to the curriculum and teaching standards.

Continuous Skill Enhancement:** Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement among educators.

Implementation and Feedback:** Oversee the implementation of the learning program in partner schools and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Leadership and Collaboration:** Lead by example and collaborate with school leaders and educators to drive educational excellence.
