Mainframe Capacity Planner

About the Team:

What You Will Be Doing:

• Work as a team member on technical or operational projects
• Quickly and effectively respond to operational exceptions and troubleshoot issues
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Provide excellent customer service and regular status reports
• Support data collection process and provide on-call support as needed

What You Bring:

• 10 to 12 years of experience in Mainframe Capacity Planning
• Strong technical knowledge in SAS, WPS, MXG, Windows – MS Office
• Good experience in TSO, OS, SMF, RMF, and CMF
• Willingness to work in daily support and provide 24×7 on-call support
• Ability to work in US and UK day shifts

• Knowledge of different software development life cycles
• Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
• Understanding of business goals and operations
