Job Summary:

The RFP/DDQ Associate will be responsible for managing and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) from clients. In addition to the primary focus on RFP and DDQ activities, this role will involve providing support in customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients.
Responsibilities:
RFP and DDQ Management:

  • Collaborate with various internal teams to gather accurate and relevant information for RFPs and DDQs. Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of responses to commonly asked questions.

Content Creation:

  • Draft and edit responses to RFPs and DDQs, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Tailor responses to showcase the company’s strengths and capabilities.

Customer Support:

  • Provide assistance in responding to customer inquiries through email, phone, and chat. Collaborate with the Customer Support team to address client concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.

Documentation:

  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date repository of RFP and DDQ content. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve response strategies.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to gather necessary information for responses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business, etc.). Previous experience in RFP and DDQ response management.
    Strong analytical and research skills.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Customer service experience is a plus.
