we are looking for candidates who have minimum 1 year of experience in Student counselling

Responsibilities

• Handling walk-in enquiries, telephonic enquires and email enquiries
• Responsible for academic and career counselling for both prospective students and their parents
• Achieving agreed conversion rate from enquiry to admissions
• Maintain a deep understanding of students’ needs and their preferences
• Calls and follow-up based on database generated through structured campaigns
• Proactively generate ideas to develop business opportunities
• Should be able to achieve daily call target and monthly conversions as per management guidelines

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
