We are a part of the group of companies.The School Managerplays a critical role in the leadership, development and support of school.This position will provide direction and oversight contributing to the building of systems andsupports that increase student achievement across schools. Candidates must have demonstratedexperience in data driven processes and interventions and will have made significant contributionsin their current leadership roles. Experience engaging in collaborative efforts that have resulted insignificant progress and school change.Key DeliverablesExecute the strategic plan, executing revenue generation planned activities. Ensuringactivities are executed in their respective schools as per the National calendarExecution of communication protocol and contributing actively towards the improvingrelationship between the company && the BPs in their respective schoolsLeading and active participation in developing and maintaining business relationships withthe BPs of their respective schools. Ensuring satisfaction from each BP/School.Ensuring on-time execution, effective monitoring, reporting and review of their respectiveschools.Employee ProfileMasters in Sciences/Humanities/Commerce and Bachelors in Education in relevantteaching subjects.Experience range of 6-12 years experience working with a K-12 School (preferablyCBSE,ICSE) with minimum 5 years in Secondary/Sr Secondary Section as teacher/SectionHead/CoordinatorWillingness to travel at least 12-15 days in a month.Experience in Academics and Administration aligned with statutory regulations for schoolsShould be Child centric with extensive Domain knowledgeStrong in Ethics, Team work, Empathy && Leadership.
