SALARY OFFERING: 20,000 to 25,000 (Fixed)

Designation: Process Trainer Experience

Range: 2+ years

We are looking for: 2+ years of experience with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Trainer/Teacher.

MBA Fresher can also apply who are confident and have good communication skill along with Public Speaking Skill.

Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo)

Must be willing to work from office (6 Working Days & 1 Week Offs).

Must be ready to join immediately. It is necessary to have a thorough understanding of MS Office.

Ed-tech Experience will be a plus point.

What will you do:-

• Deliver process training to the new hires .
• Conduct training sessions and refresher training on the floor.
• Attrition Management, reporting, throughput management, performance management
• Share knowledge transfer of floor experiences
• Address the new hires process related queries
• Design & develop training curriculum/ content using inputs from Operations & Quality
• Conduct PKT and process refreshers
• Create monthly Training Need Analysis to identify areas of knowledge gap and follow it up with appropriate refresher plans for the required population.
