Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content & influencer marketing strategy that aligns with the Unacademy brand and vision, define marketing objectives, and target audience.
- Work closely with business teams to identify upcoming Educators across categories and select suitable opportunities to grow their online presence.
- Conduct research to identify potential category influencers who align with our brand and target audience. Initiate outreach, negotiate and close good deals with influencers.
- Create engaging and informative content for YouTube and other social media channels, to enhance Educator brand awareness and increase organic reach.
- Oversee content production and distribution processes, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery of content on owned YouTube channels.
- Device measurement metrics to track growth in outputs based on the content and influencer marketing efforts undertaken.
- Collaborate with the other teams (Brand, PR, Media) within the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that leverage content across different channels and
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing, particularly in the YouTube and digital media space, and implement innovative ideas to enhance our content strategy.
- Manage budgets, work with the legal and finance teams to maintain vendor relationships and contract clearance related to content creation and distribution, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 6-8 years in content and influencer marketing, with good exposure to YouTube marketing, media management, and organic content creation.
- Strong leadership skills and experience working with influencers and content creators
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different channels and target audiences.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital advertising, and email marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and optimize content strategies.
- Creative thinker with a track record of developing innovative content marketing campaigns.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
