We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Genico International. As an education consultancy specializing in overseas study, we require an individual who is passionate about helping students achieve their international education and career goals. This role is crucial in managing and converting leads into potential students for our consultancy services. This role will mainly be focused on converting leads for our education services, however immigration leads may also be included in the scope from time to time. In order to be successful in this role and meet or exceed quota, you should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues.

Our services provide a one-stop solution for guiding individuals towards pursuing education overseas, which includes offering coaching for English language examinations and lodging visa applications. We work with our clients’ educational background, career background, and interests to recommend a pathway that is tailored to their vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Effectively manage and follow-up on leads generated through various channels to identify potential students.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments between potential students and our education counselors.
  • Communication: Maintain clear, persuasive, and constructive communication with potential clients, understanding their needs and guiding them appropriately. Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs and budgets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the counseling team to ensure a smooth transition of clients from initial contact to detailed counseling.
  • Reporting: Update CRM system with all customer communications.
  • Understanding of Social Media: Utilize basic understanding of social media platforms to engage with and attract potential students. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with the marketing team and contribute to marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Education: BBA/ Bachelors in Communication and Media or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 2 year of experience in the Education Counseling industry with at least 1 year of sales experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Must be able to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Soft Skills: Strong convincing power, with an ability to engage and motivate potential students.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Systems and Social Media Platforms.
  • Personal Traits: Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
