We are looking for Educational Counsellors on an urgent basis for vacancy in Kochi, Smart female candidates with Excellent English language proficiency preferred. The candidate should be an energetic, enthusiastic, and creative individual with good negotiation skills. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality and be able to provide course information in a formal and efficient manner.

Responsibilities include:

• Counsel students regarding educational queries about programs provided by the institution.
• Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries; Communicating with clients regarding
  admission applications & career goals of the prospective students.
• Listening to customer requirements and presenting the service appropriately
• Networking with students for Career Counselling, generating leads, and Business
  Development. Respond to student queries within 12 working hours and provide accurate
  information.
• Self-learning and development of programme knowledge for providing valuable services to
  students.
• Ensure parent/student leaves with a positive word of mouth which can bring more clients and increase referral.

Job Requirement:

• GOOD ENGLISH COMMUNICATION IS REQUIRED.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred; B.COM MORE PREFERENCE.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Familiarity with computers and well versed with MS office.
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.

Salary: 60,000 to 1,75,000 per annum

Commission:

• Commission will be provided on the basis of per admission
• Commission ranges from Rs. 1000 to Rs. 2000 per admission
