Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Script Writer (Chemistry and Biology) located in Chennai. As a Script Writer, you will work collaboratively with subject matter experts to develop scripts for educational videos that align with CENTA’s objectives. You will be responsible for researching and developing content, developing scripts, revising drafts, and coordinating with production teams to ensure that videos are engaging and informative.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Chemistry and/or Biology or related fields
• Excellent command over spoken and written Tamil
• Experience in scriptwriting for educational content
• Strong understanding of Chemistry and Biology concepts
• Demonstrated ability to conduct research and translate complex information into easy-to-understand concepts
• Ability to write engaging and informative educational scripts that will appeal to a range of audiences from K-12 students to teachers
• Experience with educational technology or video production is desirable
